Refund and Returns Policy

This policy applies to all orders placed with Anatolia Meat Market, Na Poříčí 1933/36, 110 00 Praha 1.

1. Fresh food and your right of withdrawal

Under Section 1837 of the Czech Civil Code and Article 16(d) of Directive 2011/83/EU, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are perishable or liable to deteriorate rapidly. This means fresh and frozen meat, poultry, dairy and other chilled products cannot be returned once they have left our shop, for food-safety reasons.

This does not affect your statutory rights if the goods are defective.

2. If something is wrong with your order

Your satisfaction matters to us. If any product is damaged, spoiled, incorrect or missing, contact us within 24 hours of collection or delivery:

Please keep the product refrigerated, keep your receipt or order number, and send us a photo where possible. We will offer you a replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer.

3. Non-perishable goods

For sealed, non-perishable items (for example pantry goods, spices or packaged products) you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason, provided the goods are unopened, unused and in their original packaging. Notify us at reznictvi@anatolia.cz and return the goods to our shop.

4. How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are returned using the same payment method you used for the order, within 14 days of us accepting the claim. Card refunds may take a few additional working days to appear on your statement depending on your bank.

5. Order cancellation

You may cancel an order free of charge at any time before we begin preparing it. For custom or special orders (for example whole lamb, party platters or bulk cuts), please cancel at least 24 hours in advance.

6. Complaints

Complaints are handled without undue delay, at the latest within 30 days of being raised. If we cannot reach agreement, you have the right to out-of-court dispute resolution through the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (Česká obchodní inspekce), www.coi.cz.
